My First Weber Smokey Mountain Smoker

Just bought the 18.5" model and am looking forward to years of smoking meat. I also have a Weber Genesis BBQ which is 18 years old and still works fine. I am from Peterborough, Ontario, Canada. I am a retired GM worker and have no problem doing an all day smoke. No better way to spend a nice summer day. I think I can in a few recipes on this smoker before winter gets here.
